Forgot the password or the password is expired? Go to FPT Industrial Homepage(https://welcome.fptindustrial.com/) and follow the instruction to renew the password. Remember that you have only 5 trials before the user is blocked, all trial are counted (so either on PoSt or on ICT self-care). Use the "secret questions" to unblock easier your user.
